Dutton Civils was contracted to install a re-enforced concrete ring beam, foundation pads, sub-floor and floor slab for a new refrigerated storage unit at the Park Cake Bakeries Site, Oldham.
The ring beam and foundation pads were shuttered and tied into the existing yard slab to remove the need for any excavation.
Both the sub-floor and freezer floor slab were laid using a Ligchine laser screed and given a power float finish with a curing agent applied.
